Get your Orders in Now!
The world is slowly getting back to normal, but we aren’t there yet. Supply chain issues are still occurring and holiday delivery times are delayed more this time of year than any other. For these reasons, we advise you to play it cautious regarding your holiday promotions. Start your holiday campaigns early and make sure you send your orders promptly to allow for ample production and delivery time.
Please note that this year we have holiday order cutoffs to ensure that all products are created to the highest quality specifications you have come to expect from Serendipity Albums, while still allowing plenty of time for delivery by the holidays. All orders placed outside those cutoffs will not be guaranteed to arrive before the start of the new year.
2022 Holiday Season Guidelines

Thanksgiving: 11/24/2022 & 11/25/2022
Winter Holiday: 12/23/2022 through 1/3/2023

Albums, Image Folio Boxes & Slip-In Mats: 11/28/2022
Folios: 12/5/2022
– Important Note –
We will continue to accept all orders past the cutoff dates and throughout the holidays, however we cannot guarantee that they will ship before the year’s end. We will try our hardest, but we do ask that you adhere to the order cutoffs as best as you can so that your customers receive their orders in time for the holidays.
All orders not received before we close out for the year will be at the top of our list when we return in 2023.
